Terms of service

Agreement

By requesting or purchasing a documentation audit engagement from Analytics Software (“we”, “us”), you agree to these terms. Our services cover documentation inventory audits, policy narrative gap reviews, evidence pack readiness work, and documentation office hours for regulated fintech teams. We do not sell software licences, payment processing, or guaranteed regulatory outcomes.

Engagements

Each engagement is confirmed in a written scope note and invoice. Prices listed on this website are informational only. Work begins after you accept the scope and settle any deposit or invoice terms stated therein. Deliverables are limited to those named in the scope.

Client responsibilities

You provide timely access to documents, owners, and sample operational evidence needed for the audit. You remain responsible for decisions about how to remediate gaps, for filings with regulators, and for the accuracy of materials you supply.

Confidentiality

We treat client documentation and operational details as confidential and use them only to perform the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law. You agree not to share our working drafts with third parties as final advice without our written consent.

Intellectual property

Upon full payment, you own the final registers, memos, indexes, and runbooks delivered for your engagement. We retain ownership of our methodologies, templates, and pre-existing materials. Website content remains our property.

Limitation of liability

Documentation audits are advisory. We are not your licensed compliance officer, legal counsel, or auditor of record. To the fullest extent permitted by Hong Kong law, our aggregate liability for an engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including regulatory fines imposed on your firm.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong, unless mandatory consumer protections require otherwise.
